Meet the Midwives

Quakertown OfficeI’m Brooke! I reside in beautiful Upper Bucks County. I am a mom to two amazing children, a wife to my greatest supporter, and, best of all, part of a family of great love. They are the core of my birth work, helping me protect and support this transformative time for a woman and her expanding role and family.
I came to birth work in my journey to parenthood in 2013, approaching pregnancy and birth with desires that didn’t fit into the standard medical model. The journey continued into parenting, finding natural parenting and alternative education for my children.
A saying that holds true to me (from my midwife), “You birth how you live.”
My role in birth work started in 2016, evolving from a busy birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, to a home birth midwife assistant and now a traditional midwife.
I am an open book, as transparent as they come, and happy to help you determine whether we are a good fit. I am always excited to learn about your unique journey to pregnancy and parenthood. This transition is monumental and deserves nothing but kindness, respectful care, and loving support, which I am honored to provide.

Orefield OfficeI’m Allison (Allie) - Community Midwife, mama to two, married to my best friend, living on the Blue Mountain just below the Appalachian trail.
My path to birth work began shortly after the birth of my first baby in 2015. Having experienced firsthand the disconnect and mistreatment that often permeates standard obstetric care- I felt the call to support women in reclaiming their experiences. First, as a doula in all birth settings, then as a midwife assistant, before taking the plunge into midwifery school and apprenticeship.
I believe that birth is a Rite of Passage- a sacred initiation that lays the foundation forward. It informs how we view ourselves as women, how we mother our children, and how we show up in our communities.
“If we want to change the world, we must first change the way the babies are being born” - Michael Odent"
